The 10-minute daily ritual to reclaim your body, trust yourself again and build the capacity to hold it all

In Ayurveda, ojas isn't about survival.
It's the most refined essence of nervous system capacity, and the juice you need to hold the life and business you desire.

After nearly two decades in the wellness industry, I can tell you this: in a world where we're constantly outsourcing to AI, apps and hacks, the most radical act of rebellion is learning to listen to, and trust, your own body. Here's what true wellness really is.
This is what living radically looks like. And it's exactly what we do inside the Ojas Journal.

Listen, we live in a world that is constantly turning outward. To apps, to AI, to experts, to algorithms, to everyone but ourselves. And it's gotten a bit out of hand. We've been taught to outsource our health, our wellness and our healing, and in doing so, we've slowly forgotten how to listen to the wisest teacher we will ever have: our own body.
Even when we first learn Ayurveda, many of us take a dosha quiz, discover we're Pitta, and start living the Pitta way. When we learn about the nervous system, we decide we just need to calm down. And without meaning to, we put ourselves in a box.
But you are not a fixed thing. You are not the same person every day, every week or every season, and your cycle never shows up quite the same way twice. Real balance comes from meeting yourself exactly where you are, every single day.
That's what this journal is for. Ten minutes each morning to notice what's present in your body and mind, choose what brings you back into balance, and follow through. A few minutes each evening to close the loop and drop into rest.
Over 90 days, you start to see your patterns, your triggers, your rhythms and your way back to safety. You stop outsourcing. You build the muscle of self-trust. And you build what in Ayurveda we call ojas: the juicy, radiant capacity to hold the life and business you're creating.
This journal is the culmination of nearly two decades of my work, and it's the foundation of everything I teach. If there was ONE place I would tell people to start, this would be it.
Mel
In Ayurveda, ojas is the subtlest, most refined nectar of food. It's what remains when everything you take in (your food, your breath, your experiences, the love you receive) has been fully digested, all the way down to your deepest tissues.
It's the ultimate essence of regulation from an Ayurvedic perspective. When it's abundant, you feel it. It is JUICY. It is radiance. It IS capacity, on a multidimensional level.
Stress, overwork, poor sleep, eating on the run and constantly pushing past your limits all burn through it. That's the wired but tired, running on empty feeling so many of us know too well. But ojas is rebuilt the same way it's lost: through small, daily choices.
Ojas is built drop by drop, day by day.
I walk you through the journal step by step, so you know exactly how to use it from Day 1.
Ten minutes a morning. Ninety days. Your health sovereignty, reclaimed.

I even did it when I was triggered and went non-verbal, and recovered fairly quickly. I have multiple daily alarms set, and do the thing for a minute. It works!
Your course is a literal treasure trove. Each time I go in I discover something magical! This morning I listened to your Neural Morning Magic meditation and it filled me with so much joy. Simple but powerful way to start my day.
I did Embodied Ayurveda in 2021 and it was the first time I was investing in myself in this kind of way. My investment in the program was really worth it. I always go back to the content, redo some worksheets, re-listen to Mel's podcasts. Mel has been so helpful and Embodied Ayurveda has been a real pivot point in my life.
I just finished watching the replay and it was just so beautiful. It served me as a reminder to take care of myself and always listen to my body and feelings. Once again the language of Ayurveda and the nervous system was so supportive.
